Shipping and Handling:
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

International Standard does not provide tracking information and is uninsured. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your shipment, please select either the Priority or Express option. Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Need Supply Co. Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found by clicking here. Online Gift Cards are only redeemable online and cannot be used for purchases at our Carytown store. Store Gift Cards are available and can be be purchased at our Carytown store.
To use your Need Supply gift card you must be logged in to your account. Enter your code into the "Gift Card" section found on the left hand side of the screen. Once you enter your code the Gift Card amount will be applied to your account as Merchandise Credit, available for you to use on any following transactions. During your next checkout process you will be asked if you would like to apply your Merchandise Credit to your order.
If you would like to send your purchase as a gift you can select to add a gift message at checkout. We will include a card with your message and ship your order with a gift receipt.
Returns and Exchanges:
We are happy to extend our return policy through January 31, 2014 on items purchased from November 11, 2013 through December 25, 2013. If you are returning a gift, it can be returned for an online merchandise credit.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Bathing suits and underwear are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
A pre-paid SmartLabel® by Newgistics has been included with your package to make your return process easier. If for some reason a label was not included with your shipment, you can create your own Newgistics SmartLabel®.
- Make sure to include the original invoice or returns form with your return.
- No postage is required and a return shipping cost of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund or billed to your credit card.

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Carytown store. Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 30 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
