Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

International Standard does not provide tracking information and is uninsured. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your shipment, please select either the Priority or Express option. Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Need Supply Co. Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found by clicking here. Online Gift Cards are only redeemable online and cannot be used for purchases at our Carytown store. Store Gift Cards are available and can be be purchased at our Carytown store.
To use your Need Supply gift card you must be logged in to your account. Enter your code into the "Gift Card" section found on the left hand side of the screen. Once you enter your code the Gift Card amount will be applied to your account as Merchandise Credit, available for you to use on any following transactions. During your next checkout process you will be asked if you would like to apply your Merchandise Credit to your order.
If you would like to send your purchase as a gift you can select to add a gift message at checkout. We will include a card with your message and ship your order with a gift receipt.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt for an online store credit or refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
If you wish to return or exchange items from your online order, please complete the Returns Form and include it with your return shipment. We offer a Newgistics SmartLabel® to make the returns process easier. When using this label, a handling and processing fee of $7.95 is required and will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: You may also send returns back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to print out and include our Returns Form when mailing your return to the address below:

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
