Order Status:

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.

Shipping and Handling:

Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). International orders are usually shipped the next business day.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO's, FPO's and the Virgin Islands cannot be expedited.

In-Store Pickup:
We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and your items will be available immediately for pickup at our Carytown store. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

International:

We offer worldwide priority shipping (6-10 business days)
International orders ($250 and over) FREE
International orders (less than $250) $25
You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Gift Cards:

Need Supply Co. Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. These are available in varying amounts and can be found by clicking here. Online Gift Cards are only redeemable online and cannot be used for purchases at our Carytown store. Store Gift Cards are available and can be be purchased at our Carytown store.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 15 days for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed. Returns should be sent along with your invoice / returns form to the address below:

As an added convenience to our local customers, we will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit for your online purchase at the Carytown store. Any exchange or store credit will be given in compliance with our current in-store return policy, which requires a receipt for the original price paid within 15 days of date of purchase for any non-sale items returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

Your credit card information and personal information is safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

Privacy Policy:
