Store Closings

With the safety of our customer-facing employees in mind, we have decided to temporarily close our Richmond store to the public. No reopening date has been determined at this point.

We are constantly monitoring the pandemic, taking this situation day by day, and want to practice social distancing in closing the stores to the public.

Online Orders

Due to increased order volume and the rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19, some orders may experience delays of up to 7 business days before shipping.

Our Fulfillment Center is continuing to operate with adjustments to schedules and the work environment. We've increased the frequency and extent of our cleaning and sterilization procedures, especially for all high-touch areas and surfaces. We require all employees to stay at home if they are feeling unwell and recently implemented an emergency sick leave policy to support them. Additionally, we're following social distancing recommendations, and employees who can work from home are doing so.

Shipping and Handling

Please note: Due to increased order volume and the rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19, some orders may experience delays of 3-5 business days before shipping.

Typically, orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is currently not available.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note transit times above are provided by USPS and UPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free In-Store Pickup as an option for our local Richmond customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

When shipping to international addresses, , you will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated above are provided by UPS and USPS, and are not necessarily guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

The following is our updated returns policy, in effect for all domestic and international orders placed March 25, 2020 onwards.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date the package arrives to send the item back to us at the address listed below using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the returns form included in your package, and mail to the address below:

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Need Supply Co. and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost of $10. Your shipment will include a printed invoice/return form. The invoice/return form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Note: All special release products and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or additional price reductions.

Domestic Returns

Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. We include a UPS return label in every package which is at no cost to use.

Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:

  • For each item, please indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed on the order form included in your package.
  • Attach your UPS return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
  • Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

If you have lost your return label and need replacement, please contact our customer support team at You may also send returns back to us at the address above using any other trackable method at your expense.

International Returns

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the returns form included in your package, and mail to the address below:

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email. To ensure quick and easy international exchanges, please reach out to our Customer Service Department before placing your new order.

Sale Price Adjustment

Need Supply Co offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to the original form of payment. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.

Price Match Policy

Need Supply Co will match the price of non-sale styles available on other websites. If a better price is found, please email us a link and we will adjust your order and match the price. The exact style, color and size must be available at the lower price when submitting the request. Style must be represented on a website located and shipping from within the United States which sells clothing in US dollars. We do not match other website’s promotions or promotional discounts. Requests can be made when placing your order or within Need Supply Co's 14 day return window.

Coupon Codes

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes. Discount applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.
