Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00pm ET (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm ET or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

Need Supply Co. Online Gift Cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. PLEASE NOTE: Online Gift Cards are not currently available for purchase online. We are working to resolve the issue. If you'd like to purchase a gift card online, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. Store Gift Cards are available and can be be purchased at our Carytown store.
If you have a gift card, you can use it to pay for your order during checkout. To check the balance on an existing gift card, log in or create and account then select Gift Cards from the My Account page.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.
Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. (excludes all U.S. territories). We include a UPS return label in every package. Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include the returns form included in your package, and mail to the address below:

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email. To ensure quick and easy international exchanges, please reach out to our Customer Service Department before placing your new order.
Note: All special release products and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or additional price reductions.
Need Supply Co offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to the original form of payment. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
Need Supply Co will match the price of non-sale styles available on other websites. If a better price is found, please email us a link and we will adjust your order and match the price. The exact style, color and size must be available at the lower price when submitting the request. Style must be represented on a website located and shipping from within the United States which sells clothing in US dollars. We do not match other website’s promotions or promotional discounts. Requests can be made when placing your order or within Need Supply Co's 14 day return window.
